Cardwell

Cardwell, Cardwell, que dire sur Cardwell... Probablement un des meilleurs souvenir de l'Australie!

Je suis allé dans cette petite ville (2 pubs et un supermarché) située à 180 km au sud de Cairns dans le Queensland afin de travailler dans une ferme de banane et ainsi obtenir le droit de demander une deuxième année de visa "working holiday" en Australie.

J'y ai fait des rencontres fantastiques, vu des paysages magnifiques, des insectes et animaux que l'on ne verra jamais chez nous... enfin bref je vous laisse regarder par vous même!

Cardwell, Cardwell, what can I say about Cardwell... probably my best memory about Australia!

I have been in this small city (2 pubs and one supermarket) located at 180km in the south of Cairns in Queensland to work in a banana farm to obtain the right to applied to a second year visa in Australia.

I met amazing people, seen beautiful landscape, insects and animals that I would never seen back home... anyway I let you have a look!

Attie Creek était un de nos repère pour se baigner un peu et décontracter un moment durant le week end, à une heure de marche de l'auberge j'appelais cet endroit "le paradis de Cardwell" :)

Attie Creek was one of our favourite place, we went there to relax and swim a bit during the week end, one hour walking from the hostel I use to call this place "Cardwell's paradise" :)

Spa pool était un autre endroit pour se baigner, magnifique mais beaucoup plus loin et moins attractif car pas de possibilité de sauter d'une falaise nous n'y sommes pas allés beaucoup de fois!

Spa pool was an other place to swim, wonderful but further and less atractive because there was no possibilities to jump for a cliff so we didn't get ther really often!

Murray fall est situé à 45 minutes de voiture de Cardwell, c'était l'endroit parfait pour camper et quitter Cardwell pour un week end!

Murray fall is located at 45 minutes driving from Cardwell, it was the perfect place to camp and leave Cardwell for a week end!

Le travail dans la ferme de banane, je n'ai malheureusement pas beaucoup de photos mais un grand merci à Arnaud qui a fait une magnifique vidéo (ce n'est pas là où j'ai travaillé mais le boulot est le même).
